In accordance with the laws of Washington State, a variety of documents have been prepared and issued to protect the rights of the owners of condominiums in the Fairway View Condominium Association. The Condominium Association is also subject to the

ruling documents of the Homeowners Association. These following documents stipulate how the Association is to be governed:
