HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM IN THE CLUBHOUSE:
STEP 2. DECIDE YOUR EVENT TYPE
Read the information below, decide which kind of event you are having. Fill out the form that is appropriate for your event.
If your event is open to the whole HOA, such as a committee meeting/event, or club-sponsored HOA gathering, fill out the HOA Event Form or Recurring Event Form and you're done!
If you are having a Private Event, only open to invited guests, fill out the Private Event Rental Agreement, then click the button at the bottom of the page to complete the last step.
