STEP 2. SELECT YOUR EVENT TYPE & SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST

Read the information below, and decide which kind of event you are having. Fill out the form that is appropriate for your event. Please read carefully before making your selection. When your request is approved you will receive an email confirmation.

Private Event, only open to certain people or invited guests: fill out the the Reservation Agreement and Request.
One-time event, for any and all HOA Members (Also use for Block Parties): fill out the HOA Event Form
Club /Committee Monthly or Weekly recurring meetings: fill out the Recurring Meeting/Event Form
