Activities Committee

Planning fun for Fairway Village!

Job Description:

This committee is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and sponsoring monthly gatherings, entertainment, and celebrations for the community.

Art Committee

Show off your Artistic talent!​

Job Description:

​

This committee is responsible for changing art displays in the clubhouse and planning Artist Receptions for the community.

​

Common Area Landscaping Committee

​

Bringing Beauty to your Common Areas​

 

 

Job Description:

​

This committee plans and recommends maintenance of all the common areas landscaping; including trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, lawns, and bark dusted grounds.  CAL also plans and recommends maintenance for hardscapes such as the brick walls, common area asphalt pathways, concrete sidewalks, the clubhouse parking lot, as well as outdoor lighting.

 2.43 Acres of Open Ground with Bark Nuggets

CC&R Committee

Guiding homeowners through policy to project.

​

Job Description:

​

This committee reviews applications for changes to Fairway Village properties. Members listen to what owners are trying to achieve with their projects and let them know if the work is in compliance with the CC&Rs and Rules & Regulations.

Clubhouse Committee

Caring for the heart of the Village

​

The Clubhouse Committee works with staff planning projects for the clubhouse, exercise rooms and swimming pool at the request of the Board.

Finance Committee

Helping the Board Of Directors set the course for the association's financial goals

Job Description:

​

The Finance Committee reviews financial statements and requests and recommendations for Association funds in order to determine whether money is avail­able. Members also contribute heavily to the budget process during July and August and must have a background in Finance.

​

Golf Committee

Helping to make your course the best it can be.​

Job Description:

​

The Golf Committee works with the Director of Golf to advise the Board on diverse matters affecting golf, including operations, equipment purchases, and conditions of the golf course.

Insurance background is required for membership in this group, which meets a couple of times a year to review insurance coverage, proposed costs, and related matters.

Library Committee

Keeping Fairway Village well-read.

Job Description:

​

The Library Committee works together to manage the organization, and regulation of the HOA library.  Thanks to them residents of Fairway Village always have a good supply of great reads just up the street.

Keeping Fairway Village informed

​

Job Description:

​

The Villager Committee works together to collect, edit, and publish articles for the enjoyment of Fairway Village Residents in the monthly newsletter, The Villager. The newsletter is distributed direct to residents by a wonderful team of volunteers, as well as emailed out at the end of each month.

​
