Becoming Part of The Village

Want to make Fairway Village your home?  We'd Love to have you!  Please fill out and submit the membership application below (required from each resident before closing) to the office, and get familiar with our governing documents.

During 2026,  dues are $700.00 per resident occupying the home.

Each home sale requires a $3000.00 transfer fee directed to the Reserve Fund as well.​

Would you like to see current listings in Fairway? These agents work in Fairway Village, have many listings for sale in the Village and are very knowledgeable about these homes and the neighborhood.
