Designed in 1982 by Gene "Bunny" Mason, Fairway Village Golf Course is a top-quality par 34 with five par 4s, three par 3s and a par 5, playing up 2,631 yards with three sets of tees to choose from– Red, White, and Blue. The greens are Bent grass and fairways and tees are Rye grass built on a sand base.  It was dedicated June 1985 by professional golfer and Hall of Famer Sam Snead, who played a ceremonial opening round with a group of local pros and amateurs.
