Our clubhouse is the heart of Fairway Village, a great place to meet up, connect, and enjoy events together. It includes a Library, Pool and Ping Pong, as well as Arts and Crafts.

The Clubhouse holds several rooms available for resident gatherings and low-cost rentals. The rooms vary in style, size, and equipment, so visit them in person before booking.

Come enjoy our Fitness Center, which offers a wide range of free weights, treadmills, cycles, and other machines. There are men’s and women’s locker rooms, equipped with showers and saunas, each with close access to the Community Pool.

Fairway Village has a beautiful seasonal pool, open to residents and their guests. Pool season begins Memorial Day Weekend and ends the last weekend of September.

The pool is open from 6 am – 10 pm.Â
Family Hours 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 3:30pm - 5:00 pm
