Reservations in the Fairway Village clubhouse must be made, paid for and attended by a Fairway Village homeowner. As it is a privately owned building, shared by the homeowners, a reservation cannot be booked and advertised to the open public. Doing so will result in the cancellation of your event.

The return of your damage deposit is dependant upon your clean and timely exit from the room following your reservation, and the ability of other residents to enjoy themselves while you use the facility. Leave it nice for the next user, and be a good neighbor.
