Job Description
This committee plans and recommends maintenance of all the common areas landscaping; including trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, lawns, and bark dusted grounds. CAL also plans and recommends maintenance for hardscapes such as the brick walls, common area asphalt pathways, concrete sidewalks, the clubhouse parking lot, as well as outdoor lighting.
